DJ Konte aka Mandrila Laurentiu was born on 24 September 1988 in Bucharest, Romania where he is living now. He started listening to techno and minimal music in 2004. In 2006 he decided to buy 2 cdjs, 2 turntables and 1 mixer and he started mixing minimal and techno music. Also in 2006 he started to produce music with FL6 and Reason. Now he is planing buying a professional sound card and 1 midi controller.
